Consider requesting a room on a higher floor to minimize noise from the elevators, which can disturb sleep.

Central location made exploring Brisbane easy. Just a short walk to the Queen Street Mall and public transport. The room exceeded my expectations, especially the corner layout, offering extra space. Very comfortable bed with lovely linens. Breakfast at Goldfinch was a highlight. the range of options was impressive, and the made-to-order omelette station added a nice touch. I also enjoyed the ambiance of the lobby. check-in took longer than I hoped, and I noticed some noise disturbances at times, possibly from nearby air conditioning units. Getting in touch with reception was challenging. it felt like I waited too long for assistance. The lack of free Wi-Fi was disappointing, especially for a hotel of this caliber.

City vibes and chilled views 🌆
Late checkout was a lekker surprise, and that soap smelled amazing! The room was clean and comfy—had a real nice stay overall. Plus, the brekkie down at the café looked tempting for next time!
Got a bit noisy at night from the lift, which wasn't ideal when you're trying to snooze.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to Central Station and other attractions. The rooftop bar is great for drinks, and the breakfast at Goldfinch was awesome. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Perfect base for our adventures and catching events at the nearby Suncorp Stadium.
Parking was quite expensive, costing $50, which was a bit of a letdown during our stay.

The staff provided exceptional service, making a room available early and even handling my luggage. I appreciated the city view from my Superior Queen Room, offering a vibrant backdrop to my stay. Amazing upgrade to a larger room! Quiet surroundings made for a serene stay—I nearly forgot I was in the city. Great connection to amenities and close to all the bustling activities.
The bathroom was a bit of a crime scene—hair everywhere! Let's just say I spent quite some time 'enjoying' the complimentary toiletries—a comedy of errors, really.
